Macerate the raisins in the marc for about 30 minutes. Mix the eggs and the sugar with a whisk in a terrine dish. Add the cream, mix further. Mix in the flour little by little, then the slightly melted butter and the baking powder, mix further. Add the raisins and the marc. Butter and flour (lightly) a cake tin, pour in the dough and bake in a moderate oven (350F) for 35 to 40 minutes. Check the cooking with a knife which should come out clean. Turn out. Leave to cool.
